Here’s a closer look at what to expect when we team up - and how you can prepare to make the most of our time together!
What the Day Will Look Like
We keep things simple, efficient, and, most importantly, enjoyable!
1. A Warm Welcome (10 Minutes)
We’ll start by chatting about the day’s plan and making sure everyone’s comfortable. This is also the time to check in about the key people or products you want us to highlight.
Don’t worry - we’ll guide you every step of the way.
2. Recording Session (1 Hour)
This is where the magic happens. Our process is designed to flow smoothly while capturing your business in its best light:
Interview Moments (10 Minutes)
Whether it’s your team or customers, we’ll ask up to five short questions to create engaging, Instagram-worthy reels. Think of it like a mini conversation that highlights what makes your business special.Examples:
- What’s your favorite part about working here?
- What makes your service unique?
- Why do customers love coming back?
Authentic B-Roll Footage (50 Minutes)
This is where we capture the heartbeat of your business—the behind-the-scenes moments, candid interactions, and vibrant atmosphere.
Depending on your location, this might include:
- Your team in action
- Customers exploring your space
- Boats, water views, and scenic landscapes (if applicable)
If you’ve got customers who want to join in the fun, we’re happy to include them! Just have them fill out the photo release forms we provide.
Want to Make It Extra Special?
Some businesses like to host an event, like a flash sale or special promotion, during our session. It’s a great way to bring in more customers and create even more lively, shareable moments.
While every shoot is tailored to your needs, here’s an example of how the day might flow:
1. Welcome & Setup (10 minutes)
2. Quick Interviews (15 minutes):
- Test sound, lighting, and then capture official footage.
3. Business Action Shots (40 minutes):
- From departure scenes to candid team moments, we’ll capture it all.
4. Owner/Team Interviews (15 minutes):
- A chance to share your passion and vision.
5. Location B-Roll (10 minutes):
- Stunning shots of your business or its surroundings (including drone footage, weather permitting)
How You Can Prepare for Your Session
We want this to be as seamless as possible, so here are a few tips to get ready:
Stage your space - Take a few minutes to tidy up and arrange products or displays to look their best.
Get your team & customers involved - Make sure everyone is available, whether it’s your staff or loyal customers who want to join in.
(Customers will need to sign a photo release form which we will be providing.)
Think about engagement - Hosting a small event or sale during the shoot can help us capture even more energy and interaction
Provide KEY details - Share the names and roles of those participating so we can personalize their footage and make editing easier.
