1. What is included in the Monthly Media Service?

Each month, your client will receive a 1.5-hour on-site media session with one of our experienced photographers or videographers. From that session, we’ll deliver all RAW assets within 48 hours, plus your choice of 1–2 highly optimized ad reels or 10 professionally edited product photos within two weeks.

It’s designed for flexibility...whether your client needs lifestyle content, branded product visuals, or scroll-stopping video ads.

2. Do we (or our clients) own the content after the session?

Absolutely. Both agency partners and their clients retain full ownership rights to all RAW and edited content. You can re-edit, repurpose, and post freely across any platform.

We believe in creative freedom. Our job is to make content creation effortless for you...not to lock it down.

3. How does scheduling and collaboration work?

Once you’re onboarded, you’ll receive a partnered session booking link for easy scheduling. We coordinate directly with you and your client to handle the logistics, prep, and on-site management.

Our goal is to make every session feel seamless. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like—our team adapts to your workflow and your client’s comfort level.

4. What happens if a session needs to be canceled or rescheduled?

Life happens...we get it. Partners can cancel or pause services with at least 14 days’ written notice (via email or the partner portal).

If notice isn’t provided within 14 days of renewal, a 50% invoice may be issued to cover the scheduled production block. This helps us protect our creative team’s time and resources.

5. What’s your policy on professionalism and creative boundaries?

We’re big believers in collaboration, respect, and safe work environments. Our creative professionals must feel supported and protected, period.

We don’t tolerate harassment, bullying, or behavior that pressures our team to alter timelines, deliverables, or creative boundaries. In those rare cases, we reserve the right to end the partnership immediately without refund.

Our goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust, creativity, and mutual respect.
